Performance digest email content
The performance digest email contains a subset of metrics shown on the Customer Hub dashboard.
- Customer Hub attributed revenue
- Number of service interactions
- Number of active accounts
How to set up performance digest emails
In Klaviyo's main navigation bar, navigate to: Service - Customer Hub - Settings. Scroll down to see "Performance digest emails".
You can configure:
- Frequency: weekly or monthly
- Recipients: choose one or many recipients from your account's user list.
