Learn how to export the reviews you collect in Klaviyo Reviews to a CSV. Once you’ve exported the data, you can analyze it using a spreadsheet tool like Google Sheets or import it into a new platform.
Export your reviews
To export your reviews:
- Select Reviews from the left-side navigation in Klaviyo.
- Click All Reviews.
- Select the Options menu.
- Click Export Reviews.
- You can navigate away from this page. When your reviews export is ready, the account owner will receive an email with the subject line [ACCOUNT NAME] Your reviews data export is ready.
Export data
When you export your reviews data, the following columns will be included in your CSV:
- product_handle
- state
- rating
- title
- author
- location
- body
- reply
- created_at
- replied_at
- image_urls
