How to change your account's organization name

Learn how to change your account's organization name (also called your "company name") in Klaviyo. Knowing how to do this is helpful if your company is rebranding, there’s a mistake in the current name, or you simply want to edit it in some way. 

Before you begin

Please note the following: 

  • You must be an Owner or Admin to edit the account’s name.
  • If you use a branded sender ID to send SMS, you may also want to change that ID. 

Change account name in Klaviyo

  1. Click the current account name in the bottom left corner. 
  2. Select Settings.
    The account settings menu open, which appears when you click on your organization name in Klaviyo, for the example company Bridge Designs.
  3. Under Account, choose Organization.

  4. Review and, if needed, edit the Default sender name
    • Note: After changing your default sender email address or name, any email you create after will reflect this. However, pre-existing flows and campaigns do not automatically update; rather, you will need to manually update each email. Prioritize high engagement flows such as your welcome series, browse abandonment, and abandoned cart flows so you can set them live quickly. 
  5. Under Company/organization name, input your desired account name. Here, we changed “Bridge Designs” to “Designs by Bridge” and also updated the sender name.

  6. Click Save
  7. Refresh the page or click into a new tab within Klaviyo's left-hand navigation to see your new account name.
