How to update your billing address or billing email address

Learn how to update your account's billing address or billing email address.

Before you begin

Only account Owners and Admins can update the billing address or billing email address.

You can only set 1 email address to receive billing notifications, and it defaults to the Owner's email address. If you need multiple people at your company to receive notifications, we recommend creating an email alias and using that as your billing contact. Alternatively, contact our support team for assistance.

By default, your invoices will be addressed to your Company name (configurable in Settings > General > Account > Contact Information) unless you provide a different name within Billing preferences. Updates to your Company name will be reflected on subsequent invoices.

Change your billing address

  1. Select your account name in the bottom left corner.
  2. Choose Billing from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Preferences.
  4. Scroll to the Billing address section.
  5. Input your Company name.
      • Invoices use the Company name from your contact information by default. You can edit this field to use a different name.
  6. From here, you can either:
      • Check the box to Use same address as my company’s contact information.
        • Note that your account’s address is configured on the Account settings page (navigate to Settings > General > Account).
      • Manually input a the details for a different billing address.
  7. Select Update billing address.

If successfully saved, you will see a notification indicating that this billing address has been updated.

Update your billing email address

  1. Select your account name in the bottom left corner.
  2. Choose Billing from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Preferences.
  4. Scroll to the Billing email section.
  5. Input the new email address under Send billing notifications to.

  6. Click Update billing email.

Once successfully saved, you will see a notification indicating that this email address has been updated. That email address will remain in Klaviyo and any future billing notifications will be sent to this contact.
