How to adjust the time zone setting for your account

Learn how to change the time zone for your Klaviyo account. 

Your account's time zone is used to display dates and times for all tracked events. If it's set incorrectly, it may affect the accuracy of tracked email and event activity, as well as your overall reporting in Klaviyo. This article explains how to adjust your time zone to accurately reflect your location.

An account's timezone setting is on the Organization tab, which can only be viewed and edited by Owners and Admin. Learn more about user permissions.

Adjust your time zone setting

  1. Click your organization name in the bottom left corner of Klaviyo.
  2. Select Settings.

  3. Navigate to Organization.

  4. In the Time zone dropdown menu, select your desired timezone.

  5. Click Save.

Adjusting your account time zone will not impact the send time of any previously-scheduled campaigns. 

Changing the time zone also will not automatically update your account's language or currency settings, and vice versa. Each of these settings must be configured separately.
